Albright Technologies, Inc. has developed a micro-machining process that allows us to do 3D CNC machining on a microscopic level.  This technology can be used to produce tooling for liquid silicone and thermoplastic micro-molding.  Pictured below is an example of a micro- machined aluminum gear.
