Silicone Processing
We stock a large inventory of silicone. In the event that you require a non-stock silicone, we will ship it overnight to guarantee that we have the material for your job. We stock standard silicone color dispersions and can match any color to your specifications. For prototyping and short runs, we dynamically vacuum mix the liquid rubber. Part A and Part B ratios are calculated by weight, and color dispersions can easily be added. This mixing method guarantees consistant results. |

Molding
Compression molding is normally used for prototype molding, while injection molding is used for higher volumes and prototype parts that cannot be compression molded. All engineering samples are molded for customer’s approval. Normally, we suggest using multiple durometers to optimize part function. |
