Silicone Rubber Part Design Manual

We developed this manual after conducting our Silicone Design Workshop in 2007.

This manual contains valuable information about working with silicone vs. thermoplastics, silicone use for medical applications, choosing the right silicone for the intended purpose, molding and tooling issues and much more.

If you have questions about upcoming projects for your firm, you may contact us at info@albright1.com. We would be happy to consult with you about product development issues.

Since we have completed this manual, there have been many changes and upgrades to the technology and the materials. As such, we will be producing an upgraded document later this year following our next Silicone Design Workshop in the Fall of 2009. News about this upcoming meeting will be available on this site as soon as we have the details to pass along.
